TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR ENTRY TO THE INAUGURAL INSULATION AWARDS

Deadline for the National Insulation Industry Awards is August 25th

With just a couple of months left to go to enter the new National Insulation Industry Awards, the organisers are encouraging even more industry players to take part.

The deadline for entries from manufacturers, contractors, clients and marketeers is August 25th, with a total of 19 categories to choose from, including ones for manufacturers, installers, products, projects, apprentices, marketing initiatives, BIM and Health and Safety.

With these the first-ever awards of their kind, organisers have recruited an exemplary set of judges, including Lord Deben, Rob Pannell from the NHBC,  Claire-Curtis Thomas from the BBA, Kevin Bohea from BRUFMA, Mike Easdon from InBuild, Darren Evans from Darren Evans Assessments Ltd, and Dr Will Swan, a Professor of Building Energy Performance at the University of Salford.

They have also secured the services of TV personality Nick Knowles as host for the awards night on November 30th at the state-of-the-art East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel when more than 600 guests are expected for the five-course gala dinner.

A few tables and bedrooms for the black-tie event at the BREEAM “Excellent” venue are still available as are sponsorship opportunities. Entertainment on the night will include a renowned taiko drum show and after-dinner music from the Bootleg Beatles.
