Only one business unit remains to be let at Liverpool's Stella Nova development, thanks to Keppie Massie and Fitton Estates.

North West property agents Keppie Massie are close to securing the complete letting of the commercial accommodation within the landmark Stella Nova development in Bootle.

In conjunction with joint agents Fitton Estates, Keppie Massie have let the penultimate commercial unit to Inclusion Matters, a free NHS mental health service, which joins the mental health charity Mental Health Matters on the ground floor of the mixed-use building on Washington Parade, Bootle.

Inclusion Matters has taken a 15-year lease on some 4,000 sq ft of office space alongside the social housing provider Riverside, estate agents Clark & Davidson and Harrison Hair Studio who share the 14-storey building with 142 luxury apartments.

Built three years ago and owned by the Dreaming Spires Group, Stella Nova combines the apartments, stunning rooftop landscaped gardens, communal gymnasium, 18,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, and 98 secure on-site car parking spaces. The development has stunning views over the Mersey estuary and Liverpool City Centre, as well as a bus terminus, taxi rank and train station on the doorstep.

Keppie Massie senior surveyor Andrew Byrne said: “Market conditions are tough but the quality of the development, with its ground floor shell space being able to combine or subdivide units to suit individual's requirements, coupled with the landlord's pragmatic approach, helped secure the latest tenant.”
