Where we believe clients’ perceptions of themselves is at variance with their market’s and to the detriment of the future direction of the business, we recommend customer surveys. These typically kick off a campaign and can then be revisited to determine shifts in perception. Such surveys have been known to generate impressive response levels of up to 8%.
